Operation and overall conduct of the MESAC organization is governed by a written set of downloadable By-laws. These By-laws identify various key officers by position and define their specific duties within the organization. The By-laws also identify several positions (activities) to which members have the opportunity to volunteer. Through participation in the various activities associated with these positions, members serve both MESAC and the community.
