Costa Mesa Community Run
MESAC is tasked to provide amateur radio communications management for this annual event. Several members were placed along the course to observe and report incidents. Members also patrolled on bicycles along the vast stretch of the river bank reporting their observations to net control. One member mans a portable mobile Net Control Station, allowing all outlying stations to talk to each other through Net Control in an orderly manner befitting established protocols.
